This little amigurumi coffee ornament is so cute, it’s sure to have you caroling in no time! Get in the Christmas spirit with this final pattern in my 12 Weeks of Christmas series – it’s fun and easy to make, and makes such a great gift for any coffee lover! And since it only uses a few basic stitches, this is also an easy pattern that newcomers to amigurumi can enjoy, too!

Pin it for later!

This little coffee cutie is also the perfect companion to last week’s Cheery Christmas Donut pattern! What a cute ornament combo – coffee and donuts! If you know someone (or are someone) who just “can’t” without coffee, then they will love this little handmade coffee cup ornament. Let’s face it, it’s the holidays and we could all use a little caffeine buzz!!!

The coffee ornament is very detailed yet works up in just a few pieces. Due to its size, it works up very quickly, as well! It’s styled to look like a classic “to-go” cup from a coffee shop, complete with a little paper sleeve! This is no ordinary coffee, though – because that sleeve is adorned with a tiny, kawaii face and even a little holly and berry decoration to top it off!

If you like making amigurumi like me, then you know how essential it is to have some good safety eyes on hand at all times!!! I used 6 mm safety eyes on this ornament, but when I’m designing, I like to try all different sizes to see the different looks my amigurumi piece could have. It never hurts to have a trusty assortment of safety eyes on hand – like this one I found on Amazon HERE!

So who’s ready to brew up some holiday fun? I know I am – let’s put some coffee on…errr….crochet some coffee!!

Back of Eyes can be settled into the stitches of Cup when sewn on, but it is more difficult to attach them if trying to do so through two pieces of crocheted fabric, which is why they are attached to Sleeve before it is sewn to Cup.
