Wear all the sweet coziness of hot cocoa all winter long in this comfy and cute Hot Cocoa Scarf!  Made to be the companion of my Hot Cocoa Slouchy Hat, the scarf works up quickly and features the same cute mini and jumbo marshmallows that made the hat so much fun to make and wear!

Aside from making the other half of a perfect matching Hot Cocoa Set, I also love this scarf because it’s so soft and versatile!  As you can see from these photos, there’s a bunch of different ways to wear it.  Since the triple crochet stitches give the fabric a fair amount of stretch, you can easily wrap the scarf around twice for a sort of “cowl” look.  Or, wear the classic long scarf and really show off those decorative marshmallows that are sewn on!

Just like my Hot Cocoa Hat, this scarf is made using some fave staple yarns of mine – Red Heart Super Saver in Cafe Latte (light brown), Coffee (dark brown), and White (for the marshmallows)

Finishing
Arrange Mini Marshmallows as desired and sew to Scarf. (Scarf shown in this pattern had most of the mini marshmallows placed towards each end of the scarf.) Weave in ends from mini marshmallows on marshmallows themselves in order to avoid White yarn showing through on Scarf. Sew Large Marshmallows to each end of Scarf, making sure to sew across the entire top of Marshmallow so that it is secure. Weave in ends.

Here is the finished scarf!
