Ice Cream Octopus Amigurumi – Crochet Pattern
Pin it for later!
Who ordered an Ice Cream Octopus with extra sprinkles?! I did! These adorable, sweet stuffed toys are an incredibly unique combo of food and animal! What a perfect gift for summertime, a birthday, and / or for anyone who loves octopuses and sea creatures! It’s the perfect birthday gift since the sprinkles look celebratory and the cone looks like a party hat. These cute critters fit in the palm of your hand and are excellent for collecting, using as play food toys, display and decor, and gifting! The possibilities are endless! And the pattern is quick, easy and FREE! Did I mention it’s also a great stash buster?!
Ice Cream Octopus
I initially dreamt up this pattern while working on my Rainbow Jellyfish pattern. I just love the idea of interesting and fun food / animal combos! And since one of my very first patterns, my Octopus Amigurumi, already has a head like a scoop of ice cream, I didn’t have to reach very far for a fun dessert-themed idea! And so this Ice Cream Octopus was born. I love how versatile they are – customize them with rainbow sprinkles, make a chocolate or strawberry “scoop”, or even create a little Mint Chip octopus!!! Display them, play with them, gift them – I can guarantee that whatever you decide to use them for, they’ll be a unique addition to your life!
