I love crocheting floral granny squares, so after the success of my sunflower and rose patterns, I just had to try my hand at something for spring! Daisies are such cheery flowers for spring (or any time of the year – crocheted flowers are always in season!) and they are sure to brighten up your decor, or the home of the loved one you are gifting this afghan to!

Craftsmart Value (medium weight) in Mint for square edging show in photos (about 40 yds per square; about 1000 yards [3 skeins] for afghan shown in photos)
Caron Simply Soft (medium weight) in White for petals (about 12 yds per square; about 470 yds [1.5 skeins] for afghan shown in photos)
