Paw Print Scrubbies

Many of you are familiar with my Paw Print Granny Square design from a while back. It’s a fun, easy design that I love making – especially for pet lovers! If you enjoy that pattern, then you’ll be glad to know that most of this pattern repeats the first several steps of that pattern! I originally came up with these scrubbies as a compliment to a spa gift basket for the holidays. But they are made even more special by the fact that I have my very own furry friend now – see my Pretty Paws Pet Bandana to learn more about my puppy Buffy!

When it comes to scrubbies, I feel that cotton yarn is an absolute must! It’s the right fabric and texture for spa items like scrubbies and washcloths, and also makes items functional for practical use in the kitchen and throughout the house. The colors I used in this pattern are some faves of mine – and these fun colorways are available on Amazon!

These are darling and if my kitties let me make them without helping me I am excited to try.
Also your detail of showing how to do the handle is great
